What's NOT included

Ad spend (paid directly to Google/Meta). Third-party tool fees (CRM software, call tracking, etc.) — usually $150–$300/mo depending on scale. Video production, photography, or paid influencer campaigns.

$1,500–$2,000/mo per major paid channel (Google Ads, Meta, LSA). Below this, there isn't enough data for the algorithms to optimize. We'll recommend which channels to start with based on your industry and budget.

Why only one retainer tier? +
Because tiered pricing is usually a sales tactic, not a service difference. Silver/Gold/Platinum packages exist to upsell you. We don't have the capacity to run watered-down versions of the work — every client gets the full stack or nothing. If $4,000/mo doesn't make sense for your business yet, a one-time project or a different agency is probably the right move.
Does $4,000/month include ad spend? +
No. $4,000 is the management fee. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to Google and Meta — not to us. Minimum $1,500–$2,000/month per major paid channel (Google Ads, Meta, LSA) to give the algorithms enough data to actually optimize.
Why a 12-month commitment? +
The first 90 days is setup and stabilization. Months 3–6 is where the data starts compounding. Months 6–12 is where the real ROI shows up. Anything shorter and you're paying for the launch without ever getting the payoff. If we're not the right fit on a discovery call, we'll say so.
What happens when all 7 spots are full? +
We keep a waitlist. When a spot opens up, waitlisted businesses get first right of refusal in the order they joined. Most spots turn over once a year or so as clients graduate or pause.
What if I already have some of this in place? +
Great — we'll audit what exists and fold it into the stack. The Launch Package covers the buildout; if pieces are already done, that time goes into optimization and strategy instead. You still pay the $2,500 because the full audit, strategy doc, and alignment work still happens.
Do you guarantee results? +
No one who knows this industry will guarantee specific lead volume or revenue — we can't control your intake, your close rate, or your capacity. What we guarantee is the work: the channels running correctly, the tracking in place, the monthly reports, the direct access, and the strategic attention of a real operator.
How is the Launch Package different from a one-time project? +
The Launch Package is the onboarding for the retainer — it bundles everything we need to start managing your marketing. It's required to begin and is worth way more than $2,500 as a bundle (standalone pricing for the same scope would run $8K+). One-time projects are for businesses who don't want ongoing management.
Can I pay quarterly or annually instead of monthly? +
Yes — quarterly or annual pre-pay gets a 5% discount. Just mention it on the discovery call. Monthly is the default because it's easier for cash flow on both sides.
